§ 1 Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the online magazine gesundheit-und-du.at (the "Magazine"), operated by Gesundheit und Du Verlag GmbH (the "Publisher"). By accessing the Magazine, you accept these terms.

§ 2 Publisher services

The Publisher provides editorial content on the topics of health, nutrition, mind and movement on gesundheit-und-du.at. Most content is freely accessible. Certain areas (e.g. newsletter, member area) may require registration. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, supplement or remove content at any time without prior notice.

§ 8 Limitation of liability

The Publisher is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, and for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 9 Advertising and cooperations

Advertising and editorial cooperations (sponsored content) on gesundheit-und-du.at are always clearly labelled as such. Advertising content is not subject to the editorial independence of the Publisher.

§ 10 Changes to terms of use

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be announced on the website with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Magazine after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

§ 11 Applicable law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with businesses is Vienna. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply for consumers. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

§ 12 Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
